All major tenders that we advertise can be found on the SE Shared Services e-sourcing portal

SE Shared Services Portal

From the SE Shared Services portal suppliers can:

  • see what opportunities we are advertising

  • see what other public sector business opportunities are available from the other authorities using the portal

  • access support and guidance, which will help your organisation to make the best bid.

You will need to register to get access to tender opportunities, requests for information and quotations. Registering is straightforward and free.

We are required to publish details of all contracts with a value greater than £5000. This requirement includes contracts, commissioned activity, purchase orders, framework agreements and any other legally enforceable agreement with a value that exceeds £5000.

Contract Register

We buy goods, works and services from a range of suppliers. Contracts vary from small, one-off purchases to large works or service contracts.

We have a Contracts Register (see the Downloads section of this page) which shows our current contracts and when they are due for renewal. The register will be updated every quarter in line with the requirements of the Local Government Transparency Code.

We publish details of the procedures we follow in letting contracts, and these can be viewed by taking a look at our Constitution.

Advertising contract opportunities

We advertise our contract opportunities on the SE Shared Service e-Sourcing Portal. To find out more about the portal and how to register please visit the SE Shared Services e-Sourcing Portal. Registration is free to suppliers and lets you view all contract details and opportunities for all the councils in the South East region.

Please note that we do not keep a list of preferred suppliers.
