Find out about searches on a property
Official search fees
We are currently working with HM Land Registry to migrate our Local Land Charges register to the HM Land Registry central Local Land Charges digital register.
Once this process is complete, HM Land Registry will provide search results for Local Land Charges searches in the Guildford Borough Council area.
We will no longer be able to provide LLC1 or Personal Searches. Guildford Borough Council will continue to provide replies to Con29 enquiries.
We will provide an exact date for when this service will go live in due course.
For more information visit GOV.UK and search for Local Land Charges (opens new window).
Our fees depend on the kind of property we need to search the register for. A residential property is a property someone lives in. A commercial property is a property owned or used by a business.
