To apply complete an application and charges form and email to Buildingcontrol@guildford.gov.uk or send both to our Millmead office.
When completing an application please refer to the guidance notes within the form.

- Unauthorised Work (regularisation) form (PDF, 786 KB)
- Building control charges form (PDF, 208 KB)
Once your application has been received, we will review it, confirm the fee to you and request payment.
