New websites are being developed for East Surrey Council and West Surrey Council ahead of their launch in April 2027.

Financial help for landlords

There is a range of financial help for landlords.

  • grant assistance to landlords is available to help bring properties back into use
  • we encourage the use of renewable energy sources. Interest free loans are available to help with the cost of installation
  • we may consider the Home Improvement Loan (opens new window) for other repairs and improvements
