Delivering our strategy

The main way we intend to deliver this strategy is through our annual delivery plan. Costed and agreed within our annual budget. This will set out the key things we plan to do.

Work to develop this is already underway. We will post updates on this page about our progress.

A key part of achieving our resilient and well-managed council priority is delivering our improvement plan.

Reporting on our progress

Each year, we will report on the progress against the objectives set out within our corporate strategy.

Every quarter our Overview and Scrutiny Committees review our corporate performance report. It sets out the key measures by which we can judge how we're working. It also shows our progress towards the goals in our strategy.
