Draft Tall Buildings SPD

We're currently drafting a Tall Buildings SPD for Guildford Town Centre. You can access the draft on our consultation webpage (opens new window). The consultation is now closed and we are considering representations received on the draft document and what changes should be made to it.

A report to the Council's Executive is intended to be tabled in November 2025 to consider a final draft of the SPD and whether it should be adopted.
