What you need to know
The Blue Badge scheme offers parking concessions for disabled and blind people. Surrey County Council's website has more information about the scheme (opens new window).
Blue Badge holders can park for free and without time limit in any of our pay and display car parks.
Blue Badge holders can park in any space with their disabled badge.
Blue Badge holders cannot park for free in our 'pay on exit' car parks: our normal parking charges will apply.
