The Guildford Lettings Accreditation Scheme is part of UK Landlord Accreditation Partnership (UKLAP) and the London Landlord Accreditation Scheme (LLAS). Landlords who gain accreditation are showing that they are operating a professional business and committed to providing high standards of accommodation and management for their tenants.
