What you need to know

Has your bin been damaged, lost or been stolen? If so, we can provide replacements for:

  • garden waste bins
  • green recycling bins
  • black refuse bins

If you want a different size bin you can swap for a smaller or larger bin..  You can also order additional bins in certain circumstances.

Fees

  • there is a £30 replacement fee for garden waste bins and refuse bins
  • recycling bins may have a fee depending on your circumstances

Collect a food caddy

You do not need to order a replacement food caddy. You can collect a new food waste caddy from locations around the borough..

Our green recycling bins are temporarily out of stock. If you've ordered a recycling bin there could be a delay of around 8 weeks. We apologise for any inconvenience.
