Hire a park for regular activity
What you need to know
Organised regular activities will not go ahead without written confirmation from us.
You need a licence to use our parks for organised regular activities, such as:
- fitness sessions
- school PE classes
- club activities (scouts, guides, cadets or youth clubs)
- forest schools
- dog walking
- other regular organised activities
Licences start on 1 April each year. You can apply for:
- six month licence (1 April 2025 until 30 September 2025)
- 12 month licence (1 April 2025 until 31 March 2026)
