Employment Land Needs Assessment

To inform the preparation of the new Local Plan, we've prepared the Employment Land Needs Assessment (2017) (PDF, 3 MB)(opens new window). This assesses how much of the following we'll need in Guildford until 2034:

  • employment land
  • floorspace
