From 5pm on Tuesday 7 October until 5pm Friday 10 October you will not be able to access your council tax, benefits or business rates account online. This is whilst we upgrade our system. Housing Benefit and Local Council Tax Support online application forms remain available. Our information line also remains open on 0330 123 0081. Find out about major works

From time to time, we must carry out necessary repairs and renewal works to our buildings. We may not be able to do them under the normal day to day repairs arrangements. This is usually referred to as Major Works or Planned Works.

Examples of major works include

  • roof replacement
  • window replacement
  • painting the outside or internal communal parts

You need to pay your share of the council's cost to maintain the block and for services stated in your lease.

If the cost of work will be more than £250 per leaseholder, then we must follow a consultation process.
