14:15           The Mayor, Councillor Mike Parsons, accompanied by the Mayoress, Mrs Jean Parsons, visits Claremont Court Care Home for their 'Celebrating 40 Years of Grease' Party at Harts Gardens, Guildford.

19:15           The Deputy Mayor, Councillor Richard Billington, accompanied by the Deputy Mayoress, Mrs Lynda Billington, attends the Guildford Choral Society Concert at Guildford Cathedral.

19:25           The Mayor, accompanied by the Mayoress, attends the Surrey Music Charity Concert, held in aid of Home-Start Guildford, at Holy Trinity Church, Guildford.

18:00           The Mayor, accompanied by the Mayoress, attends The Cosy Club's VIP Event at Tunsgate Quarter, Guildford.

19:15           The Mayor, accompanied by the Mayoress, attends the Guildford Shakespeare Company's Press Night for their production of Robin Hood at St Mary's Church; followed by a reception at their premises at Rack Close, Quarry Street, Guildford.

20:00           The Mayor attends the retirement celebration for Mr Don Raffin, Chairman at Hillier Almshouse Charity, Hillier House, Guildford.

09:20           The Mayor, accompanied by the Mayoress, attends Guildford Borough Council's Guildford in Bloom School Gardening Competition Awards Ceremony at Clandon Park Garden Centre, Clandon.

10:55           The Deputy Mayor attends the Branch Chapel Dedication Ceremony, unveiling of plaque, at Lodge Brothers Funeral Directors, London Road, Guildford.

11:15           The Mayor, accompanied by the Mayoress, welcomes guests to the Guildford Cricket Festival for the Surrey CCC v Somerset CCC match at Woodbridge Road Sports Ground, Guildford.

19:00           The Deputy Mayor, accompanied by the Deputy Mayoress, attends the Students' Union Annual Election Dinner at Rubix, University of Surrey, Guildford.

10:00           The Deputy Mayor, accompanied by the Deputy Mayor, joins the Mayors and Chairmen of Surrey Districts for a Surrey Civic Network event at County Hall, Kingston-upon-Thames; by invitation of the Chairman of Surrey County Council, Councillor Peter Martin.

12:15           The Mayor, accompanied by the Mayoress, attends the Woking Gymnastic Club Festival 2018 at Guildford Spectrum.

14:30           The Deputy Mayor, accompanied by the Deputy Mayoress, attends the Guildford Borough Council/Specsavers Surrey Youth Games Welcome Reception at the Surrey Sports Park, Guildford.

15:00           The Mayor, accompanied by the Mayoress, joins the Mayors and Chairmen of Surrey Districts for a Civic Service at Ladywell Convent, Godalming; by invitation of the Mayor of Godalming, Councillor Nick Williams.

 

Monday 25 June

11:15           The Mayor, accompanied by the Mayoress and joined by Brigadier Paul Evans OBE DL, Col (Retd) Patrick Crowley, Deputy Colonel, The Princess of Wales's Royal Regiment , the Revd Canon Robert Cotton and a number of military, civic and civilian guests, hosts the Armed Forces Day Flag Raising Ceremony at the Guildhall, Guildford. The Armed Forces Day flag will remain in place until after Armed Forces Day, Saturday 30 June

12:45           The Mayor, accompanied by the Mayoress, attends Oakleaf Enterprises' Royal visit by His Royal Highness The Earl of Wessex.

13:45           The Deputy Mayor attends the Guildford Bike Project at Woking Road Depot, for a Royal visit by His Royal Highness The Earl of Wessex.

 

Tuesday 26 June

19:40           The Mayor attends the Guildford East Scout Group 2018 Annual General Meeting at Horsley Scout Headquarters, Weston Lea, West Horsley.

 

Wednesday 27 June

12:45           The Mayor, accompanied by the Mayoress, attends the TALK Annual General Meeting at The Vyne, Knaphill, Woking.

19:15           The Mayor and Mayoress join the Mayors and Chairmen of the Surrey Districts for a Multi Faith Civic Service in the Council Chamber at Elmbridge Borough Council, Esher; by invitation of the Mayor of Elmbridge, Councillor Mrs Shweta Kapadia.

 

Thursday 28 June

17:00           The Deputy Mayor, accompanied by the Deputy Mayoress, joins the Lord Lieutenant of Surrey, Mr Michael More-Molyneux, for tea and tour of Loseley House at Loseley Park, Guildford.

18:30           The Mayor, accompanied by the Mayoress, joins Guildford's Young Carer for the production of 'Bugsy Malone' by the Yvonne Arnaud Youth Theatre at the Yvonne Arnaud Theatre, Guildford,

 

Friday 29 June

11:30           The Mayor, accompanied by the Mayoress, attends the Royal Military Academy Guest Tour and Lunch at the Royal Military Academy, Sandhurst.

18:30           The Deputy Mayor, accompanied by the Deputy Mayoress, attends the Guildford Fringe Festival Launch at G Live, Guildford.

18:55           The Mayor, accompanied by the Mayoress, attends the West Horsley in Bloom Presentation Evening at the Village Hall, West Horsley.

 

Saturday 30 June

11am           The Mayor and Mayoress arrive at the Guildhall to prepare for the Armed Forces Day Freedom Parade by soldiers of the 2nd Battalion, The Princess of Wales's Royal Regiment. It will be the first time that members of the 2nd Battalion have exercised their Freedom of the Borough by marching through the town with colours flying. The parade will be accompanied by the Regiment's Corps of Drums.

 

Sunday 1 July

14:30           The Mayor, accompanied by the Mayoress, joins the Mayors and Chairmen of the Surrey Districts for a Civic Celebration Service at Woking United Reformed Church, White Rose Lane, Woking; by invitation of the Mayor of Woking, Councillor Will Forster.
