9.30am The Mayor, Councillor Gordon Jackson, accompanied by the Mayoress, Mrs Sue Jackson, and a delegation from Guildford Borough Council leaves Guildford for an official Civic visit to Freiburg, Guildford's twin town in Germany.
7pm The Deputy Mayor, Councillor Nigel Manning, accompanied by the Deputy Mayoress, Councillor Marsha Moseley, joins the Mayors and Chairmen of Surrey for a St Patrick's Charity Ball at the Surrey National Golf Club, Chaldon; by invitation of the Chairman of Tandridge, Councillor Patrick Cannon. Proceeds from the evening will go to the Chairman's chosen charity.
Monday 20 March
8.50am The Mayor, accompanied by the Mayoress, Mrs Sue Jackson, visits Reeds School, Cobham, to attend their morning assembly and present the winner of the Innovation Award with their prize.
4pm The Mayor and Mayoress, Mrs Sue Jackson, attends Guildford Borough Council's Leisure Services 'Love Outdoor Playweek' event at Pirbright Village Green.

5pm The Mayor attends a Governors' Board Meeting at the Royal Grammar School, Guildford.
6.45pm The Mayor, accompanied by the Mayoress, Mrs Sue Jackson, attends the Students' Union Community Rep Launch at the Guildhall, Guildford.
Wednesday 22 March
9.15am The Mayor attends the Visit Surrey 2017 Forum at Brooklands Museum, Weybridge.
6.30pm The Mayor, accompanied by the Mayoress, Mrs Sue Jackson, hosts a National Honours Celebratory Dinner for local recipients at the County Club, Guildford.
Thursday 23 March
9am The Mayor attends a meeting with the Master at Abbot's Hospital, High Street, Guildford.
10am The Mayor, accompanied by the Mayoress, Mrs Sue Jackson, arrives at the Surrey Sports Park to visit the Harlequins during their training session
12.45pm The Mayor and Mayoress, Mrs Sue Jackson, are joined by Mrs Chris Howard for the 'Seeing the wood for the trees: encouraging greater woodland management in South East England' Seminar at the University of Surrey's Centre for Environment and Sustainability.
2.15pm The Mayor and Mayoress are joined by Councillor Iseult Roche at the rehearsal of King's College and the Yvonne Arnaud Theatre's production of 'Westborough Tales' at King's College School, Guildford.
3pm The Mayor and Mayoress meet the head gardener and team at the Guildford Castle Grounds who are preparing for spring and summer.
6.15pm The Mayor and Mayoress attend the High Sheriff of Surrey's Youth Awards Annual Celebration at ExxonMobil House, Leatherhead.
6.30pm The Deputy Mayor, accompanied by the Deputy Mayoress, Councillor Marsha Moseley, attends the Surrey Care Trust's 'Ginspirational' Evening at Burchatts Farm Barn, Guildford.
Friday 24 March
9am The Mayor, accompanied by the Mayoress, Mrs Sue Jackson, attends the Official Opening by Her Royal Highness The Princess Royal of the BBSRC National Vaccinology Centre: The Jenner Building at the Pirbright Institute, Pirbright..
11.45am The Mayor makes a short visit to the University of Surrey, Guildford, to view two e20 electric cars as part of the University's Climate Week programme.
12.30pm The Mayor joins the Mayors and Chairmen of Surrey for a Charity Men's Luncheon at Brooklands College, Weybridge; by invitation of the Mayor of Elmbridge's Consort, Mr Nigel Shipley. Proceeds from this event will go to the Mayor of Elmbridge's chosen charities.
3pm The Mayor makes an informal visit to the Surrey Scorchers 24-hour Basketball event at Surrey Sports Park, Guildford.
7.30pm The Mayor, accompanied by the Mayoress, Mrs Sue Jackson, hosts a 'Thank You' Dinner at the Guildhall, Guildford, for those who have supported him during his Mayoral year.
9pm The Mayor will make a short visit to Guildford Castle to officially launch this year's YMCA Guildford Sleepeasy 2017.
The Mayor will then rejoin with his guests at the Guildhall.
Saturday 25 March
3pm The Mayor, accompanied by Mr Tim Jackson, will attend the Harlequins vs Newcastle Rugby Match at the Stoop, Twickenham.
6.30pm The Mayor and Mayoress, Mrs Sue Jackson, attends a Reception and Concert by the University of Surrey's Choir & Orchestra at Holy Trinity Church, Guildford.
Sunday 26 March
6.30pm The Mayor, accompanied by the Mayoress, Mrs Sue Jackson, attends the Guildford Symphony Orchestra Spring Classic Concert at Charterhouse Hall, Godalming.
