Mayor's diary

Mayor of Guildford, Councillor Richard Billington and Deputy Mayor, Councillor Marsha Moseley.

Dairy Banner

Given the current circumstances and future uncertainty, a number of planned events have obviously been cancelled across our borough. The Mayor, Cllr Richard Billington, is very aware of how much work goes into organising such events and sends his best wishes to everyone involved and looks forward to a time in the future when events are able to resume.

In the meantime, it is good to see that people are finding new 'virtual' ways of coming together, which has enabled the Mayor and Deputy Mayor to continue to engage with the local community.

We welcome invitations to on line events and as the situation allows, to live events that are Covid-19 secure.  If you have any queries regarding to forthcoming or future events, please continue to email civicsecretary@guildford.gov.uk
