Ash Neighbourhood Plan Examination

The Council has appointed Jill Kingaby BSc (Econ) MSc MRTPI to carry out an independent examination of the proposed Ash Neighbourhood Plan.

The examiner's letter asks us to hold a consultation about whether the plan complies with recent legal changes and changes to the "Basic Conditions". We will announce the dates for this consultation in due course.
