The Council appointed Jill Kingaby BSc (Econ) MSc MRTPI to carry out an independent examination of the proposed Ash Neighbourhood Plan.

The examination has now concluded. Read the Examiner's Report on the Ash Neighbourhood Plan (PDF, 554 KB).
The report recommends specific modifications to the submission version of the Ash Neighbourhood Plan and that the plan should then be subject to a referendum of voters within the neighbourhood area.
The Council agreed with the examiner's recommendations and has made the recommended modifications.
